I can’t believe how quickly February has gone! At the beginning of the month I shared that I would be participating in the Jamieson Vitamins Change of Heart challenge. The challenge is all about bringing awareness to heart disease and making small changes towards a healthier lifestyle and a healthy heart!
The challenge has been going well – I have managed to do most of the challenges although I will admit that some of the fitness ones were hard to do especially when they called for heading outdoors as Toronto has been under a deep freeze lately!
Some of my favourite challenges were to drink more green tea, committing to relaxing massages, eating dark chocolate and to read something light for 30 minutes before heading to bed.
To learn more tips and tricks search the hashtag #ChangeOfHeart and see the Jamieson Vitamins facebook page.
