Recently, I attended a really fun #MasterCheeseClass with TV Chef Christine Cushing and Chick Advisor. 100% Canadian Cheese was the star ingredient and we incorporated different cheeses into each of our dishes.
The event took place at Nella Cucina and it was broadcast live to viewers at home who were cooking along with us!
